Happy 4th of July! Thanks Mara for the cute patriotic dress :) This post is a lot of pictures, I'm not being selective today. She has too many expressions that I love.
We flew up to Portland to visit cousin Kira, Aunt Deirdre, and Uncle Mark. Ada was much more alert on the plane than she was in March, so she was awake half of the flight and kind of scared or confused, but she was a good girl. That night getting in at 1am (we were late) was a little tough sleeping but after that she's been a champ at nap time and night.
Ada has been pretty interested in Kira; she's probably jealous that Kira can walk around! But Ada smiles at her all the time, it's been fun. Here they are in their 4th of July outfits.
Based on this photo, we might need to babyproof our apartment pretty soon... she's trying to use her legs and shoot around. The crawling race has begun! Also she is sitting up on her own just in the last few days, generally stays up for at least 30 seconds before toppling.

Ada has been using Kira's jumper, she really likes it. Kira apparently generally doesn't like the jumper too much but it's kind of fun when Ada is in it. Here's Ada smiling at Kira :)
