Starting to explore San Diego

Wake up, let's go play!

One evening after work we took a long walk and came back after sunset. We found an awesome park that is great for viewing the sunset. Don't worry, she was wearing a sun hat most of the time!

We had stopped by the beach briefly a few weeks ago, but decided to check out another one (Torrey Pines) and stay a bit longer. We also got to try out the backpack carrier from Annie. It worked out great, thanks! Much less hot than the Moby, and will be easier to carry her as she gets bigger. She seems happier facing forward for better viewing, too.

Though she didn't really love getting strapped in...and though the sunglasses are awesome, she was not a fan.

 Hanging out on the beach during "June Gloom." It was plenty warm even on the coast, though it was cloudy just at the beach. I even swam and played in a few waves, felt great.
