Ada's first conversation

At breakfast this morning, Ada was kind of staring so Rachel asked: Are you tired?

Ada: No (shakes head no)

Rachel: Are you still hungry?

Ada: Done 

Rachel: Are you all done?
Ada: Nods head yes and signs "all done"

Very cool... We're not sure yet how much is real, but she says no, yeah, done, and Dada. She also nods, shakes her head, and signs all done and more. And points at everything to get what she wants. 

Also, if we haven't mentioned it in any other posts, she loves music. All the toys that play music are her favorites, and she bounces and dances to all of it. At daycare yesterday when I picked her up, I got called "the mom of the dancing girl." And since Christmas when Mormor and Morfar sang Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star with the signs that go with it, she signs the twinkle and points at her music box that plays that song. It plays a few others too but that's the one she wants.
