March/April 2017 - Portland visit - St. George Easter
For some reason, March and April were all about videos instead of pictures. We visited Portland to hang out with Rachel's family (minus Tim, Monica, and crew), and then the kids were in St. George with Grandma and Grandpa the week before Easter. We joined them for Easter weekend and had a blast with a big Easter egg hunt. Ada was looking out for Seth almost the whole time making sure he found enough eggs. Great big sis. Ty started a new job in April at Nitto Biopharma Inc. So far, the transition is a bit tough, but it usually is with new jobs and things are getting more comfortable. He just feels lucky to have something so quickly after getting laid off from Regulus. Misc. vids:
"It's too spicy...but I can't stop!"
Ada with a message for Mamma (cute goodbye at the end).
Peek a boo boxes (or preping for whack-a-mole)
Ada got to greet Rachel after one of her weekend ocean swims with Art.
Dance party!
Without spurs, the girls had a hard time motivating the barrel horses to move very fast. (Oregon Zoo)
Our newest way to make mom and dad late for work (or dinner) is to have the kids twirl around the pole by our cars (after we push down all the sprinklers that are stuck from the last night's watering). If we are near or in the cars, there is a good chance there will be pretzels in Seth's hands.
